"This is the best hotel we stayed in on our 3-week trip through Southeast Asia. From the service, to the amenities, to the room, to the restaurant; everything was above and beyond. The staff here are what really make it- everyone is friendly, kind, and gives 5-star service! The bed was the most comfortable we had in our 3 weeks, and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean. "Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much.
