"The staff was wonderful. The room was silent which considering it's at an airport was incredible to me. It has a beautiful lobby and the room had a firm-ish bed which was great for me.The fact that there is a TSA checkpoint right in the hotel that was open at 5 am was amazing!"

"They had a nice selection of breakfast choices. The rooms were clean, but they do need some maintenance. We saw some mold in the tub at the caulk lines and you really couldn't see out the windows. I know they saw they have a gym, but there isn't any equipment. Just a bench and treadmill."

"Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but sometimes they have extra pastries from the breakfast for sale at the desk later and they were delicious!"

"The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. The breakfast situation was a bit misleading. The had a restaurant on site and you can pay for breakfast. It was subpar. Only one person working in the kitchen at the time of my stay so the wait time was fairly long. The remote in my room did not work for the duration of my stay and even had someone come in to try to fix it with no success. I was unable to watch television for all 3 nights. The Shuttle to and from the airport was smooth sailing and no issues we arrived for a late check in at almost midnight and still had no shuttle issues. The amenities were unavailable due to “renovations “ we were told the renovations have been going on for a while so it was disappointing to not know about it prior to arrival. Overall the stay was decent, clean, nice staff, and does offer food. Perfect for someone just dropping in for a night or so but not long term in my opinion until renovations are complete."

"We booked a two double bed room. The room was neat. There was a smallish old TV attached to the wall that worked fine. There was a small refrigerator sufficient for our needs, and a microwave that worked fine. The shower was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. The place was well kept and neat. Only for the price we paid, there were no amenities on the premises. We did not rent a car and so it made it difficult. The vending machine was broken, but there was a second vending machine that worked and so we could buy some drinking water. Morning coffee at the front desk was okay. There are some junk food restaurants nearby. "

"I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH. Quite a bit of dark wood. It was springtime with long days but I can only imagine how dark it might be inside during the winter. I used the fitness center on the third floor and found it well stocked and at a cool enough temperature to work out; I recommend it. And l enjoyed the cafe in the lobby as well; bought morning coffee and an egg sandwich each morning. Friendly staff and tasty food. Very handy to have inside the hotel for a rainy day or quick bite to eat. Overall I highly recommend the Graduate in Ann Arbor. I’m considering booking a return visit already!"
