"I liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing."

"Really good hotel right in the heart of downtown chester. Convenient parking garage to get right into the hotel. We had an issue with the AC in our room and got sent to a suite which didnt suck! Very attentitive and helpful staff"
