Gostei do lugar, bem tranquilo! Fica há uns 12 km da cidade de Andradas aproximadamente. Quartos são bons, chuveiro ...tem uma área de laser, gostoso ouvir o cantar dos pássaros.

Quarto estava limpo, porém falta um pouco de cuidado, mesinha de cabeceira, não tem apoio para nada, banheiro sem box, e molha muito o banheiro, a area do café descuidada, ninguem limpava as meseas, e nem dava atenção ao hospedes, o lugar é bom mas esta um pouco descuidado, uma pena pois as fotos mostra um lugar mais vivo, enfim um pouco de cuidado iria levantar o local

Atendimento no restaurante: Muito lento. Havia apenas dois atendentes para um grande número de hóspedes. Apesar disso, todos foram simpáticos e se esforçaram para atender da melhor forma possível.
Quarto: A liberação ocorreu no horário previsto, mas não havia toalhas de banho disponíveis (estavam aguardando da lavanderia). Como tínhamos um compromisso, a atendente conseguiu improvisar e providenciou toalhas, porém de qualidade bastante ruim. Além disso, nosso quarto foi decepcionante, especialmente porque outros membros da família, que pagaram o mesmo valor, ficaram em acomodações bem melhores.
Café da manhã: Dentro do esperado, sem grandes destaques, mas também sem problemas.
Resumo: O hotel precisa melhorar a quantidade de funcionários no restaurante, a organização com relação às toalhas e garantir maior equidade na qualidade dos quartos oferecidos pelo mesmo valor.

Adoramos a estadia. Lugar aconchegante, limpo, com restaurante no local, preço acessível e comida boa. Uma área de lazer com piscina, quadra de areia e parquinho para crianças. Ótima localização para quem deseja ir ao pico do gavião, que aliás é um passeio imperdível. O atendimento também é maravilhoso, pessoal educado e atencioso.

PRECISA DE ATENÇÃO NO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ!
A simplicidade nos encantou. Apenas um problema, o café da manhã só foi servido no fogão à lenha no domingo. No sábado foi bem limitado...me causou muita estranheza. À noite, a pessoa que estava cuidando, não sabia lidar com a lareira, um frio danado e disse que não tinha lenha...affff o Hotel precisa treinar e se preparar melhor, sendo uma região muito fria no inverno.
