"Very lovely and charming hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but comfortable. Coffee station was well stocked. Communication with hotel staff ahead of time was excellent. We would come back and recommend to others."

"The television did not operate..clearly it was linked to wifi, which wasn't sufficient. So screen went black constantly, conversation was unintelligible most of the time. Bathroom sink not draining. Heat OK but very noisy. Sorry..want others to know. The staff was very helpful..not their fault."

"Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shuttle was on time and very convenient. I did get a trespassing notice on my car overnight, even though I gave them my vehicle information, but other than that there were no problems."

"I stayed here waiting for a flight the next morning. Very clean property and good communication with check in staff. My only issue is that I was sick with the shingles when I arrived and needed to turn the heat up, but they have it locked and preset not to go over 76 which is ridiculous for how cold the climate is in Massachusetts. That made my shingles extra painful. The hotel staff did provide additional blankets but it’s not the same as the room being warm. I will stay again, during the summer months only."
