"When we arrived staff at the desk was not very friendly, tye room it self was very small definitely not a family room at all. Its very tight. No walking space at all. "

"I've stayed at the Stuart a number of times over the last 20 years and each time, it's slightly less good than the last. To be honest I'm not sure why it's in Best Western's portfolio; I think it needs a proper makeover. My colleague and I didn't eat in the hotel in the evening; the menu was basic and there was no atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty good, to be fair. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower (room 125) was small and awkward; it didn't have an internal fan, and the door kept closing, which was annoying. All in all the whole place seems 'tired'; it really could be so much better."
