"The property is in a good location and check in was easy. The property was slightly run down and dingy looking. The staff was not keeping up with morning demand for coffee and there were long wait times to get morning coffee."

"Save your time and money. This location is disgusting and smells like death. We noticed a musty funk while walking to our room. Once we opened the door the smell of death was overwhelming. We immediately checked out. Jacqueline-Nicole explained that this is common and she has no idea what house keeping is doing. Jacqueline-Nicole said this happens frequently and she's embarrassed. She explained that she was going to process a return because of our horrible experience. The reimbursement was never processed. A After calling a couple of times its clear the team is also clueless. This location should be closed."
