Very clean, modern and comfortable little hotel, right in the center of town. Personal very kind and helpful. Very few water in the room and only lukewarm shower. Breakfast very poor.

Siempre que me quedo en Andahuaylas me hispedo ahĆ­ a ojos cerrados. Me atienden bien y todo cĆ³modo en cuanto a la limpieza y amable el personal de servicio.

Jeune femme Ć  l'accueil totalement inefficace. ƀ l'arrivĆ©e elle ne trouve pas notre rĆ©servation et nous envoie vers un autre hĆ“tel plus loin. Finalement pour revenir Ć  l'hĆ“tel prĆ©cĆ©dent. Au cours du sĆ©jour on lui demande si le chauffage fonctionne elle nous dit que non alors que nous avons rĆ©ussi Ć  l'allumer par nos propres moyens. Au moment de partir en lui demande de nous appeler un taxi et dit qu'il n'y en a pas , elle ne fait aucun effort en rien. ! La jeune femme au petit dĆ©jeuner on lui demande un peu de beurre elle a refusĆ© d'en donner. C'Ć©tait la premiĆØre fois qu'on voyait Ƨa dans un hĆ“tel, surtout pour un hĆ“tel soi-disant 3 Ć©toiles au PĆ©rou. Latitude du personnel est vraiment trĆØs moyen !!! ƀ part le monsieur du premier jour du second hĆ“tel qui a essayĆ© de rattraper l'attitude des concertante de la jeune femme. Ils font partie du mĆŖme groupe d'hĆ“tel.
