Welcom Heritage hotels in Amritsar

"Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant day as the bedrooms had mould and cracks on the walls the bathroom the curtains even though we had booked 6 to 7 rooms between all our family members somehow the Customer Service was not great at all and they refused to do anything about it. This swimming pools had pigeons in it which were drinking and leaving poo in. Overall the hotel just wasn’t family friendly or adequate for the pricing that they charge. I don’t think I would ever recommend sending anyone here at dinner day one of the family members had asthma and mould is the worst thing possibly for this. "
