Very nice hotel. Much better than the hustle and bustle of Amman, and cheaper. Very family oriented and kind staff. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is always good, compared to others in this category. Lots of restaurants and sites within walking distance.

The hotel was excellent value for money and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. Easy to walk into the busier part of town. Breakfast was good and the pool looked great, although we did not have time to enjoy that! Great for a short stay over when touring in Jordan

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes. The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba.

You get what you paid for, we only stayed for one night because its 30 minutes from the airport and we were going to wadi rum the next day. Hotel is located in a sketchy area and its a little old but other than that everything was fine, the breakfast buffet was really good.

We stayed here for one night after an early-mourning flight and they were able to accommodate us with early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable (though the shower spilled water into the floor). There were excellent dinner options at the hotel restaurant and the grounds were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. The only draw-back is the distance to Amman.

My overall stay was great with an amazing staff cleaning the rooms and breakfast was good, very peaceful area to be around too. The only thing I wished the front desk was more helpful with planning my stay in Jordan like different tours. I will stay here again thou. Shukran!

Amazing stay

Receptionist was really helpful. All the staffs were kind and customer focused. Tehy helped out with recommendation to nice resturant Ayra resturant is aamzing and opposite the hotel. Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful. The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay. Good price and they went above and beyond. Definitely will visit again.
