This hotel has 24-hour front desk person and close to the airport. The room has a modern touch , which I really like. Also the breakfast was included and the food was delicious.

1 night in Madaba
Staffs are helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and looked nice. Location is great and actual parking lot at the back of hotel is the greatest thing they have. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good as well. Definitely recommend to everyone. Great for the price.

Great location, friendly staff. Only minor complaint was windows were not very soundproof - so pack earplugs unless you plan to respond to ore dawn call to prayers!

I have read a lot of good reviews about this hotel and it is true. They only missing two things that I like, coffee maker in the room, instead they have it in basement, and they don’t have swimming pool, but everything else is really good.

Very friendly staff, we felt very welcomed and lovely touches with drinks station. Facilities in the room could have been better, there was side table lamp with no where to plug into and general lack of plug sockets.

The family size room was perfect for the 4 of us. Breakfast was very good. Walking distance to all the Madaba attractions. Staff was super friendly. We would stay again and highly recommend.

The staff was the best; they give you tea or coffee anytime of the day, the breakfast was fresh and varied and excellent. The foyer was large and comfortable. Oh, and parking was in a safe place.

Great place, food, amazing staff!
We booked fir 1 night, and got a room bigger than the one we expected, in the old building. We loved it and decide to stay another night, when we stayed in the new part. Perfectly clean, good breakfast, great dinner at reasonable price... The nicest staff you can imagine, we loved them! Hipe to be back one day

Incredible hospitality and service. They accommodated my check-in time and even helped me seek treatment for an injury i sustained the night before. I’ll shout from the mountain top how impressive this establishment is! And it is situated perfectly for tourist travel!

Excellent customer service! The owner couldn't be nicer. We had to leave early for the airport next morning, he made sure that breakfast was ready an hour before it's supposed to open. Hotel is about half an hour driving from Amman airport. Our room did not have AC.

The stay was amazing! My room was massive, super super clean with a great open window and light coming in. Everything just felt fresh and clean. Everything worked well! It’s the first place I’ve stayed In jordan with free refillable water! (I used so many plastic bottles previously!) Definite asset which should be advertised! The staff were amazingly friendly, and assertively friendly (which was more than other places In Jordan) and really helped me out with activities In the area! Thank you! Breakfast was included and was really good! Great location also. The property looks simple on first arrival and the family and children gathered downstairs. After getting settled it was a super great place I would highly recommend!

We received a wonderful welcome from the delightful and informative Diana. We appreciated the bottle of water and access to tea/coffee throughout the day. Rooms were spotless, and the sprung mattress comfortable. Plenty of hot water, too. The evening meal was delicious and plentiful, Diana arranging for a vegetarian alternative at short notice. The waiter was a lot of fun and very efficient. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice. Such a warm and relaxed atmosphere - we would make Black Iris our hotel of choice in Madaba,

Very nice hotel close to madaba’s city centre. The staff is incredibly nice. The room was clean, the heating system worked great, and water in the bathroom super hot. Great breakfast.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The dinner was outstanding! We tried makluba the first night and mansaf the second. Both were wonderful!

Great spot, great price.
Nice room, great staff, and an excellent shower! (A real highlight after dealing with too many bad ones in Jordan!) Plus an easy walk to all the sights in downtown Madaba. Would definitely stay again!

One of the the best hotels in Jordan
Of all the hotels I stayed in Jordan, this was the best. Friendly staff, a number of excursions available, strong wifi. Decent breakfast buffet and the complimentary water was a nice touch.

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en vrolijk. Het hotel ligt op korte loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden van Madaba en heeft goede parkeergelegenheid. De vierpersoonskamer was echter een grote teleurstelling. Tenminste de etage waar wij verbleven is echt aan renovatie toe. Het naastgelegen Black Iris 2, waar we een prima ontbijt kregen, oogt veel frisser en moderner.
