"Room was clean, noisy due to construction ongoing"

"The lobby is dilapidated with broken floor tiles. Checkin desk is a small area and crowded area. Discovered the toilet would not flush. We had to call front twice before maintenance came over an hour later. Carpeting in the room and throughout hotel was old and full of stains. Furnishing and bathroom are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is not setup to handle large groups."

"room was very clean, bedding very comfy, slept well, it was quiet and relaxing. Adjoining restaurant had delicious food and great service. Complimentary breakfast was a basic, adequate menu, and each selection was done very well, way above the quality of other hotel/motels. "

"We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no."
