There are no reception staff - but very clear instructions regarding access to the property are sent to you before arrival and further information is provided in the room. "The room included parking and breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for Ambleside and getting the boats to other parts of the lake. Lovely clean room, good bed and bedding. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet and very good as were the evening meals."
