Café da manhã simples, sem muitas opções, o hotel não oferece café a tarde, os amantes do cafezinho tinham que irem para a padaria ou shopping. O espelho do banheiro não tinha boa visibilidade devido manchas. No banheiro faltavam tapetes perto do box, como consequência o banheiro ficava todo molhado. Tv e ar condicionado...

"O que sobra em Charme falta em Conforto. O colchão é PÉSSIMO, de molas e ja deveria ter sido trocado há uns 10 anos de tão velho e desconfortável. Solicitamos a troca, que não mudou muito o cenário. "Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R. It is close to popular bars and restaurants of Ponta Negra and a short walk/uber to the beach. I recommend it and would come back"
