"This is a historical building(heritage house)built in the late 1800. Stairs are steep and hallways very narrow. Has an old house musty odor. The AC in our room was something that sat on the floor with an exhaust tube running out the window. The panel that kept the window open kept falling out so we had to prop it for the AC to work properly. VERY LOUD AC NOISE. It is a virtual check-in. No ice machine. If your looking for history but not needing lots of fluff this could be your place."

"The place was beautiful the owners were so nice and amazing. We spent the weekend between Amana Colonies and Iowa City. It was close to all the places we wanted to go and visit. I will defently stay there again if I am back in Iowa. "

"Very clean and conveniently located off the interstate. Although the decor is a bit dated, the moose theme was cute. I truly appreciated a quilt instead of a thick comforter. There was a note on top of the fridge that mentioned not using the white towels to clean; use the colored ones instead. Our room had navy towels.
