"The room was clean, quiet, everything worked perfectly. Fridge, kettle, safe in the room. Staff very helpful. The only problem is that I needed a doctor during my stay. The staff were very good at arranging this. But I had to pay cash, and was later unable to get a receipt, so can't claim insurance."
