Short but comfortable stay

I had a short but comfortable stay at this hotel by the highway near Bhiwadi Neemrana area. Location is convenient for visit to industry nearby. Rooms are comfortable but could be in better condition. Staff were helpful and I would like to recognise Abhishek for excellent service during dinner time at restaurant and a lady staff member during breakfast.

Property is clean and hygienic, but fittings are not great and more attention needs to be paid to maintenance. Food preparation is good especially buffets. Staff are excellent. All restaurant, front desk and housekeeping staff are extremely prompt, courteous, well-trained, helpful and exceptionally professional.

Overall ok for the price we paid. Though experience could have been better. Ex we wanted to enjoy drink in the bar but it was too smelly and pooly ventilated due to rainy season that we had to move to main restaurant

Poor service and staff and nicely built hotel

Hotel infra is good but staff is terrible. On arrival it took 30 mins. for check-in - this is when I arrived at exact 14:00 which is the official check-in time. When I ordered food as in-room service, it took an hour!!! When followed up in between to know about the lunch, they kept promising it is ready and on the way, but still took an half an hour from there on. Check-out also took me 30 mins. with lots of confusion. It was not just with me, people were gathered in queue to make it happen - very frustrating. Food (veg.) is okay, I couldn't complain but couldn't even say it is delighted. Swimming pool is nicely built. You can also enjoy hot water bath in room bath tub. I would recommend this hotel if you consider this hotel as a motel for overnight stay and have no expectations other than morning break-fast.

Room was pathetic. It was stinking. We had to ask to change our room but even after they alloted the new room it was bad. Cabinates were broken. Bathroom was stinking realky bad. Staff was rude. We asked for a towel and they accused us that we alreasy had a towel in our room. Their attitude was like we are living here for free. No amenties were privided in the room. You mentioned room would have bath rope; room would be sound proof all false. I am amused how this hotel is on expedia. I am frustated because we booked 3 rooms because it was a gift for a newly wed couple and we were embarrased. You can see I book too many hotels from expedia but this one was the worst expereince. Ramada is a brand but this hotel was something not even 2 star. Total waste of money.

I hv visited the hotel with my family and friends. the hotel have very decent view and the services are exceptional specially the food and service in cascade well in room service. lots of variety in veg n non veg items.our friends and family enjoyed the swimming pool a long time.we have visited the neemrana fort also sight seeing .i would like to give fool mark for the ramada staff. they have taken care decently. In future i definitly visit ramada neemrana once again

Good Staff and Food- But really a torture to stay.

Generally if the staff is good and food is good, experience can't be terrible. But that's not always true. We had booked two rooms. It was our marriage anniversary and we had come woth our 3 yr old kid and parents. We had requested for a quiet room because of kid. Sonce we checked in, there was a loud music going on at swimming pool area and room was vibrating with the din. We were promised that this will go on only till 8. We are all super tired since we had been touring a lot. Anyways, we waited patiently till 8. But then it was 830 and the noise did not stop. When I called reception to enquire we were then told that DJ will stop at 9 pm. Its only at 10 pm that DJ finally stopped. And then at around 1130 pm it started again. We had no energy to complain again and had no choice but endure. We don't know when the DJ stopped because we had slept off amidst the noise. Airtel doesn't catch 3G or 4G. And hotel wifi is pathetic. Half of the time the wifi has no internet and when it does, its too slow to load anything. I have to be fair in this review and say- food is really good. Especially the chicken biryani. Staff is also very courteous, helpful and well trained. The location is remotely located far on the highway and there is nothing much to do there- wifi doesn't work and noise won't allow you to sleep. Pure torture.

We had no energy to complain again and had no choice but endure. We don't know when the DJ stopped because we had slept off amidst the noise. Airtel doesn't catch 3G or 4G. And hotel wifi is pathetic. Half of the time the wifi has no internet and when it does, its too slow to load anything. I have to be fair in this review and say- food is really good. Especially the chicken biryani. Staff is also very courteous, helpful and well trained. The location is remotely located far on the highway and there is nothing much to do there- wifi doesn't work and noise won't allow you to sleep. Pure torture.
