"This is a wonderful hotel. Check in is efficient and also fun. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed our breakfast experience with eggs cooked to order. We didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant. "It’s only the janitorial staff that were truly nice and respectful, which was in stark contrast to the staff I interacted with regarding the bed bugs I discovered in my pillow. The two staff members, particularly the lady, were unprofessional. When I requested to speak with her about a concern, she simply pointed to a contact information sheet and seemed dismissive of my presence. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, except for the bed bugs that I found on my pillow."
