"The staff was awesome. They explained about the deposit & even tried to find the information on your website. Like me the gentleman was not able to find that information. Your website needs to include the property has a $300 deposit. Lucky I had the deposit otherwise I would have been a mess if I didn't have the deposit and already paid for the room, not been able to stay & and even if I got a refund would not have gotten the money back right away."

"Good base of operations for visiting Crater Lake. Not especially close, but the nicest accommodations around. The front desk and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa staff seemed frazzled (end of season) and it was disappointing to learn that the hot tub jets had been out of service for a week or more, as were the treadmills. I would still recommend the resort, even for non-golfers."
