"This property is advertised as a hotel and bistro which I would take issue with. There is a hotel and bistro sign outside but it is not a hotel and really serviced rooms and should advertised as such. Each room has a separate key lock box to check in. We were not provided with any code and had to depend on the pub next door which appears to have nothing to do with the property. They provided telephone number for the owner who apologised and advised that she had forwarded this information to...

"My wife and I stayed here for one night 20-8-26, the place is really easy to find, located in a village out in the countryside a few miles from Carlisle. Everything about the place is great, the food, the beer, the location and car parking. Best of all are the staff, really friendly and helpful.
