"Rooms are tired and definitely need a cosmetic lift. Large coffee stain in floor in our room plus walls are all marked. Just over all very tired looking. Didn’t feel it was any value for the price we paid and the reputation of Ramada "

"Convenient but very limited parking considering we chose this hotel because they had parking. We were going to stay a couple more nights at this hotel the next week and asked them to store our bags until we returned. They would for a per bag per day fee. First time I encountered this in a hotel in NZ. Needless to say, we opted to haul around our extra bags. "

"Location is great. A very short walk to many restaurants, shops, and hikes! Breakfast buffet is not worth the $35pp. Staff is very helpful."

"This 2 bedroom is probably the most comfortable, spacious place that we (family of four adults) stayed during our month long trip to 5 countries. There is a large common area with living room, dining area and kitchen, and balcony with table. The view of the lake in that area is breathtaking. Queenstown is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy that view. The only downside is that it is not in the city center, but it’s a short bus or Uber away. Furniture is good and clean. Note that this is self check in so make sure to get those instructions from the Messages in Expedia before arriving. Also, there is no luggage storage. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Would recommend and would stay here again."

"Beautiful view, high level finish in all areas. Shower and bathroom were incredible. Beds really comfortable. Top end kitchen. Only complaint would be that the noise from the flat above was not insulated against at all. This disrupted us on a few occasions. "

"10/10! Janet is the hostess with the mostest! She is so warm, friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We felt at ease and well looked after. From the delicious breakfast - including barista made coffee to your liking, homemade savouries and bread - to tips on what’s happening in the area, what to do and see, and even offering us some rain jackets to borrow when she heard we were going to do the Milford Sound cruise and didn’t have anything warmer than jumpers. Our room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Would absolutely recommend staying here! The stunning view is an added bonus. "
