Surrounded by F&B options and walking distance to a good mall. It would be great to have allocated female only parking near the hotel for safety as car parks nearby are limited and reserved for event guest mostly.

Your staff for night shift is not so friendly. I just ask for the parking, their attitude is bad. They asked us to complain if we not happy. I don't think this is the service that Fuller Hotel should provide to end user. Kindly look into it this matter.

The check-in was bad. The hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite having pre-paid and received confirmation from OTA. So, the hotel had to do a manual check in creating a reservation which took longer than usual time to check in. Flew in after work and was tired. So, the delay extended my time to get some rest. Overall, the room is clean and spacious (had the room with King Size bed) but only one lift was working throughout the stay of two nights. Location is good to eateries and proximity to Aman Central, a mall. 7 Eleven also close by. First floor - there is a karaoke / bar below with loud music.

The hotel sound proofing is terrible. The management let some event to blast their speakers up until midnight and beyond. I had to listen to karaoke till late at night.
