"The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area."

"Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!) We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty. Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...

"Unique gorgeous seaside English hotel. Lovely staff very helpful,friendly and hard workers. The property is well maintained, clean and just has a lovely vibe to it. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom We absolutely loved staying here and so did our nieces."

"Just came home from a gorgeous 1 night stay at Seven Hotel. The location is gorgeous, overlooking the seafront and conveniently close to Adventure island and the cliff lift! The staff were brilliant the whole time, super easy check-in, extremely polite and friendly towards my 3 year old. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfy bed and overhead shower in the en-suite. The air con was a great addition and we had a lovely sea view. "Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room, walking distance to sea front one way and main town the other - about 5 minutes. Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising. Will definitely return!"

"It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Ideal location near to Cooling Castle were able to walk back after the wedding well with a torch. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend."

"It’s a very traditional hotel in a lovely, scenic landscape. It also provides a lot of entertainment for youths. It is within walking distance to the station, the High Street and it’s by the sea with a wonderful park in front of it."
