"The hotel is not located near the Airport and it is bad practice to mislead the guests, the taxi ride is long and expensive, there should be shuttle bus. The phone has not been answered because the reception was busy! The room has no ambience, terrible fit out and four stars for being Sheraton! Nothing pleasant or friendly about this hotel."

"The Location is excellent in terms of a quiet and less crowded experience. Also, you're in the heart of Carlsberg Beer and the tour is fascinating glimpse into the history of Copenhagen. Hotel Design is sweet mix of modern and industrial old beer warehouse. Breakfast is a great buffet. On downside our room smelled of sewer gases...and some of the fixtures did not work.
