The stay would have been better had it not been for a blackout that lasted for multiple hours. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm. I was too tired to drive home and afraid the weather could impact the drive so once the power came back I stayed. You would think the hotel would have a back up generator but I guess not. If I were the hotel owner I would give a comp night to all guests that stayed after the blackout if they had checked in prior to it or something. It's not a good look for the hotel.

This place was not worth paying extra. Building is falling apart, water damaged and smells like mold in some rooms. Pool was only indoors and super unimpressive. Breakfast was not complimentary so this confused a lot of families.. for half the price I should have just stayed at Red Roof lol. Staff was very warm and friendly though. This just doesn’t give Hilton vibes.

We were own a road trip and this was a very convenient place for us to stay. We did choose it because it had a gym with free weights, but only if you are very very strong. I stayed with my husband and the weights start with 15 pounds, so great for my husband, but I needed the 10 pound. Didn’t do me any good and we specifically chose the Hilton because of the photos of the free weights shown. Didn’t have the best experience asking for one taco when only three were available at a time. The server was curt with her reply. Love Hilton’s, just not as happy with this one.

Just stayed for one night before early morning flight. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was as stated and everything worked. Bathroom was super nice with a great shower. Towels of high quality and the shower spacious. Checkout in the morning was almost instantaneous. The location is right on airport road and although the road and nearby rt 22 highway could be noisy our room was very quiet.

Clean rooms but a dated property. Traffic noise on the road-facing side was an issue for one of us. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told the opposite side of the building is even noisier due to trucks. Good for a quick stay, but not the quietest location. There's guest laundry on the property.

The overall facilities are showing a little wear and age, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. I also sat down for breakfast in the morning which was delicious and the priced better than most other dining options. If I find myself in the area again, I'll be booking here.

I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that, unlike many hotels, there weren't any appliances or outlets that had lights on them. Usually, I have to cover multiple glowing lights at night to sleep. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. After a long car ride, I made use of the hot tub and pool, which were both clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant and bar staff. They make a very good vodka martini. The location is excellent - close to the airport without airport noise and with easy access to Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton.
