"Clean. Friendly staff"

"The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed having a fridge and microwave! The walls were maybe a little thin, but I didn't find it to be problematic at all. My only gripe was that the woman at the front desk the first two days we stayed there was very rude. I had a couple of questions about the room and both were met with me being cut off mid sentence and treated like I was dumb for not knowing the answer. The staff during the rest of our stay was very pleasant and welcoming however, and I would still highly recommend staying here for a nice room at a really good value! "

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the dinner buffet and 3 free drinks for adults 21+ (with an ID) was an excellent surprise! We will definitely be back, well worth the price!! "

"I HAD TO MOVE THE MATTRESS TO FIND MY EAR BUD. THERE WERE HOLES FROM OLD OUTLETS NOT COVERED AND DUST AND COBWEBS, THE ROOM HAD A HOLE IN THE WALL, THE BATHROOM HAD COBWEBS IN THE LIGHT FIXTURES, THE TUB WAS PEELING, THE PAINT WAS BUBBLE AND TORN ON THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM, THERE WAS A HANDICAP SHOWER CHAIR IN THE BATHROOM WHICH WE DID NOT REQUEST AND IT HAD HAIR LEFT ON IT. HOT WATER IN THE SINK WAS WEAK, SHOWER PRESSURE WAS AVERAGE, BUT THE SHOWER HEAD WAS PLACED TO LOW TO COMFORTABLY SHOWER. BREAKFAST WAS AS ADVERTISED A BASIC CONTINENTIAL BREAKFAST. THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN BUT HAD HOLES IN THEM AND THE BLANKET WAS ALSO CLEAN BUT HAD STAINS. THE GIRL WHO CHECKED US IN WAS GREAT. I DON'T EXPECT PERFECTION AT A CHEAP HOTEL, BUT I DO EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAN EVERYWHERE AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED FOR GUEST SAFETY. ROOM ALSO HAD A MINI FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE WHICH WAS NICE TO HAVE. COULDN'T COMMENT ON ANY OTHER AMENITIES WE DID NOT USE THE WORK OUT ROOM OR POOL. "

"Overall stay was great. We stayed in a suite and the size for a family of 6 was perfect. You're not on top of each other. The hotel was clean for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better, but it helps get you over. Only downside to our stay at this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Both nights the hot tub was over packed with the same big family group. Drinking alcohol and vaping, and playing loud music. They had all their kids in the pool and hot tub with big floaties. My husband and I were unable to use the hot tub during our stay. The pool is ice cold water, so it's not enjoyable. As well as many teens rough housing, so my little ones had to stay in was small area of the pool. The staff does not check in or monitor or enforce any policies related to the pool room. It was unfortunate. Saturday evening there were also numerous groups of teens playing on the elevators, making us have to wait many stop rounds to be able to get on to go up to the 5th floor. The teens were stopping on different floors and running around. Thankfully once we were in our room we didn't hear any commotion. Overall nice hotel. "
