"Very nice and unique hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was spacious with nice tall ceilings, and bed was comfortable. It felt like the hotel could use a refresh (or the refresh in the room’s bathroom was a bit sloppy) and their TV system was very laggy. Nice stay overall though! "

"I got there from out of town with my baby late at night and the receptionist was more worried about me having a parking pass, when she could clearly see that my baby was disgruntled and crying and said that my vehicle would get towed or ticketed I’ve stayed at many Hiltons and have never had to have a parking pass in my vehicle. Other than that my stay was good."

"Had to wait an hour to check in. Didn’t get in till after 4. Had a hard time keeping up with the people in evening for food. Huge stack of dirty towels in pool didn’t have any clean ones. The next morning the pool was closed which was VERY disappointing for the kids. For the money was disappointed. Breakfast was good. "

"The first room had a briken water hwatee and we asked 3 times about it. The firdt time we were told to wait, bc everyone was using the hot water. Uhh ok? 2nd time they said maint would come look and we left. When we got back 10 hrs later, it was still broken. Megan (FANTASTIC BTW!) hooked us up with a diff room. The maint guy then went to the room ad said it was working. Too bad, im already moving bro. The waterpark was ok but there are SO MANY people. I think on busy days the public entrances should be limited. Overall, not bad. Megan, girl, you made our stay 10x better and you deserve a RAISE!"
