The service was excellent the owner was welcoming and friendly. He helped us with our painters and bicycles and offered bike parking which was very important for us. Very friendly & helpful staff. We enjoyed a complimentary coffee before leaving on our cycle trip to Texel .

Il faisait froid dans la chambre de notre arrivée. très mal isoler, a ete réveiller plusieurs fois par des gens, Notre chambre etait a côte de la porte d'entrée principal. Pour le prix je ne recommande pas du tout.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Obwohl das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist, hat man im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern, nichts gehört und ruhig geschlafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig.

Ilmastointia ei ollut huoneessa, vaikka se internetin esittelyssä mainittiin. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut käsisaippuaa eikä huonetta siivottu vierailumme aikana ollenkaan. Puhtaita pyyhkeitä tarjottiin ensimmäisen nukutun yön jälkeen, mutta niitä me emme tarvinneet.

Centralt och nära stationen. Mycket ljud från gatan, men stäng fönstren och sätt åå ACn som är väldigt tyst. Trögt i duschbrunnen men åtgärdades efter kontskt med receptionen. God service.

Net hotel dichtbij station Alkmaar, zeer gastvrije eigenaars. Uitleg over hoe de sleutel na 21 uur kon worden opgehaald was zeer helder. Goed ontbijt. Gezellige lounge. Goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding.
