"The front desk lady that checked us in lied to us about not being able to checked us in because the room wasn’t ready, Told her that she should be able to take our information and then just call us when the room was ready. She said no because the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. We had to make a line again at 3 and our room wasn’t ready and she doubled down on that. I asked her to speak to her manager and she ignored me and said that the room was actually ready when a second before it wasn’t… And...

"El lugar es de fácil acceso, las recámaras son un poco pequeñas, nos golpeamos los dedos de los pies con el orillo de las camas en varias ocasiones, no te llevan toallas y jabón a menos de que las pidas, la chica de la recepción es un muy amable y ayuda a darte la información que tú necesites, me pareció buena persona, gracias"

"En ningun momento en la pagina se especifica que es un arbnb No te hacen la limpieza diaria aun pidiendoselo al anfitrio El lavabo del baño se tapaba aun que fue solucionado al dia siguiente es algo q no deberia de pasar Y el anfitrion no fue amable al contestar y hacer las peticiones en el tiempo que se pedia, ellos deciden en que tiempo hacer las cosas No lo recomiendo"

"We were overall disappointed with the apartment due to the following -advertised to have washer/dryer, toaster etc Had nothing other than fridge & coffee machine, but nothing at all supplied. No coffee, milk, washing liquid to clean dishes, no cloths, rubbish bags, toilet paper. Also the rug was not vacuumed. The positives were the spaciousness, comfortable bed & pool. Also be aware that they will only valet park your car and it is expensive"

"I had a suite with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, in suite laundry, a large terrace with full furniture, and a beautiful pool that was steps away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A beautiful lobby with vending machines, coffee, tea, sitting area and television. Walking distance from, groceries, liquor and Walgreens. I've been there twice and I will most definitely go back again."
