"Anthony has a sunny disposition and went out of his way to help us have an excellent stay!"

"Jeannine was extremely kind to me, helping me with my luggage going up the stairs. She was always, courteous and helpful. She made me feel that there was no better place to stay in all of Albany!"

"The hotel room was extremely humid and warm every day. There was so much condensation on the windows, there were puddles of water on the windowsill. "Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"This was a really nice place to stay while we were in town for a funeral. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were initially surprised when our GPS had us turn into an empty parking lot, so just a note that you enter the hotel from the rear of the building."

"Lovely stay with family for a funeral in the area. Really appreciated the hot coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby."

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean."

"Other than having a monentary bit of trouble setting the temperature in the room, it was a great stay. We were on the first floor with the dog. It was quiet despite a significant number of kids in the hotel. Well kept grounds and lots of space were a blessing during the morning walk. Good breakfast and a pleasant night's sleep just about sums it up."

"The hotel and staff and parking were all very nice. The problem is getting into and out of the hotel. The parking lot and entrance is on a lower level and the front desk is on the next level up—-just inconvenient."
