At the time I was pregnant and they were so accommodating on changing items as I needed to. "While we enjoyed our stay, this resort is tired and dated. I expected a luxurious resort and did not find that. It just feels old and in need of renovations and improvements. We were very disappointed with the accommodations. The first room we had didn't look anything like the photos so they kindly moved us to a larger villa, but that was of equal vintage and while larger, was further away and isolated. The staff however was very kind and helpful."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest!
