Exceptional sea view and location

Exceptional location and very wide sea view especially with the suite rooms. Got it for a very cheap reasonable price. Turn on the heater/AC and it will block the car noises. Will likely stay here again. Very pleasant receptionist on the morning and evening shifts.

This hotel was okay overall. Nice accommodation, good location, good food. Safe. I really like some of the people working in the cafeteria, their genuine kindness was the highlight of my stay. A few drawbacks unfortunately include: not getting all my laundry back, a persistent love offer that made me uncomfortable, and evil eye from some of the staff despite me just keeping to myself.

This hotel was just an average experience. The staff and service was above and beyond, however the WiFi was horrible. They had multiple networks and would randomly stop working and would ask you to sign in every time. The AC was barely working as well. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly and would let out whatever air the AC managed to cool. The lobby and the hallways were hot and humid. The water pressure however was great compared to other hotels in Egypt. The best part about the hotel was the location.

I paid over 120 dollars a night for this hotel, that is really bad for a property in Egypt that is not even worth 3 stars. It's rated as 5 stars and tried to apply the no guests rule to visitors. After check I was given a second floor room which I had to immediately change because of the proximity to the street and noise. The facilities are old and deceiving. It was clean which was the only good thing. After a hassle at the front desk I was offered a complimentary fruit plate which acknowledged their fault. The hotel photo shows the Four Seasons building façade on the website which makes you think that this is the hotel that you will be staying until you realize it's the four seasons and not the Plaza hôtel. I won't recommend staying.
