The towels were washed but grey and old...room key didn't work ....4 times I had to go to front desk for a new key... The dirt and dust behind the murphy bed was inexcusable

I usually don't write negative reviews however this one needs to be done, I will start by the positive stafe are really nice and friendly and I feel sorry for them working in such a place ! The hotel needs a massive renovation, and some hygiène standards implemented, bed sheets didn’t smell fresh and had hair ! and towels look grayish not sure if any detergent or clorine was used to wash them, the bathroom wasn't clean we couldn't even shower as the bathtub had stains, balcony full of spiders and insects. Not to mention the dust on the old furniture matresses and pillows need a revamp too. The swimming pool and Jaccuzzi were out of order ! Deluding google pictures of an outdoor pool that no longer exits, you have to visit the official hotel website to read ( outdoor pool permanently closed) we didn't try to eat at the hotel. I wouldn't stay there again unless this hotel is fully renovated.
