"Contacted property one day prior letting them know about late check in to ensure room with 2 queen beds is available. At check in, room wasn’t available. We were offered an extra room for no charge. Unfortunately, that room was an adjoining room to a group who was partying, loud, making it impossible to stay there. Upon informing the front desk, there was no attempt to resolve the situation"

"The check in was long.The two ladies in the entrance were kind and welcoming. "Room was small, but clean with easy checkin, and had a great rainfall showerhead in our bathroom. They do supply shampoo and soap on the shower wall but one was empty so just make sure to bring your own supplies just in case."

"I was going to rate four stars, but I honestly couldn’t think of the justification to drop a star. Great one night stay in downtown Toronto. Cereal and toast is available in the morning. There’s two dishwashers so one is always available to put dirty dishes in. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude.
