We Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything at the hotel was amazing. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and only wish we had more time to stay for a longer time. We had a villa which was incredibly lovely. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location was in a quiet peaceful area but also close to the village in Alcobaça with all the cafes and shops. 100% recommend and we will absolutely stay here again when we visit the area.

Hotel was beautiful, it took a while to check in as there was only 1 person at reception. There was no restaurant service at the higest of the summer. Spa wasn't working properly. The. But staff was friendly and helpfull. Felt sorry for them, as it perhaps needed more people working.

This hotel would have received higher marks if they had delivered what they offered. I received two separate emails confirming that there were dining options and bar open on Sunday. This was not true só we had to go back out. Not a huge deal if we had known what to expect, but an inconvenience since the hotel is out in the country. When I shared this with reception, no reason or apology were given. Other than that, beautiful setting and nice hotel.

Very disappointed

The room key machine didn’t work so we did not have a room key our entire stay. While this isn’t their fault we needed to wait for the front counter to let us in each time. There was no price reduction nor accommodation. Their pool/spa doesn’t even have towels nor robes som I’m not sure why we were forced to pay $25pp for the spa. Not worth it.

Dans cet hotel il est apparemment normal et superflu de ne pas saluer les clients quand ils entrent ou qu' ils sortent par la reception que ce soit la direction de l'hotel ou les receptionnistes . la concentration est maximale sur l' ecran d' ordinateur ou sur les appels tel privés . Dans cet hotel il est normal et superflu de ne pas nettoyer les chaises longues à la piscine . Dans cet hotel, il est normal et superflu d'avoir un systeme de climatisation en etat de fonctionnement qui a pour conséquence de rendre la chambre inoccupable tous les jours de 13h à 21h30 à moins de s' en servir comme sauna . Malgré nos reclamations aucune solution n'a été trouvée. il semblerait que répondre aux besoins des clients soit la aussi superflu . Dans cet hotel il est normal et superflu de verifier l' etat et la propreté des couvre-lits [ nombreuses traces de sangs ] Dans cet hotel les 4 etoiles ne sont qu'un leurre . trois etoiles tout au plus . Dans cet hotel et pour 4 nuitées tout le reste était ok et conforme au standing attendu.

Check-up muito bom Serviço de pequeno almoço muito mau fruta sem frescura, sumos artificiais, café “a fingir “ de máquina e de péssima qualidade, Fiambre de péssima qualidade e oxidado. O empregado alertado e não mostrou o mínimo interesse. Piscina com lapsos de tempo sem aquecimento quer ambiente quer a água da piscina.

Villa: Muy completa, lo único que la cocina era un poco pequeña y en vez de tener microondas tenia un hornillo pequeñito. Cama muy cómoda. En el cuarto estaría bien tener una cuantas perchas mas para colgar la ropa, en general te sentías como en casa. Zona SPA: Piscina interior muy bonita pero un poco pequeña, una de las saunas necesitaría un poco de mantenimiento la bombilla estaba parpadeando todo el rato. Las demás instalaciones del hotel no las utilizamos. El check in-out fue rápido, el personal del hotel es muy amable.

Bel hôtel, bien équipé, très agréable

Très bel hôtel, propre et entretenu. Les chambres sont lumineuses et grandes. salle de bail agréable avec grande baignoire. La piscine intérieure ouverte jusqu'à 23h est top, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de travail. Pour mon prochain voyage, je retournerai dans cet hôtel
