String to hold shower head

The handicap shower head was held up with a string tied to the bar. The only chair was broke. The wall around the sink looked like an old sink was pulled out and new sink put in without fixing the drywall. There were holes in the walls. The staff was friendly, and it was clean, but it was badly in need of repair

This place was really really bad. I have stayed in travel lodges and have never had a complaint, but this place was so rundown. When you first walked in you noticed there’s no comforter on the bed. The curtains are falling down. There was dirty towels hanging on a hook behind the door in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and when I went to check out early, they said I had to contact Expedia and never could contact you or get any kind of response so I paid for two days and didn’t even stay about 10 hours. I will never stay another travel lodge again especially if it’s locally owned. This brings bad reviews for for the main company. I will not recommend this hotel ever.

DON’T STAY HERE!

This place is a dump. The rooms are awful. The staff is awful. It is a nightmare. If you’re thinking you just need a place to sleep at night, this still isn’t the place. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From rotten tuna fish in the fridge to cigar burn marks on the blankets to what looked like blood splattered on the ceiling. Extremely dirty old mattresses and room in general. Reeked cigar. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, Absolutely filthy and disgusting.

I reserved a room for my granddaughters 21, 20 and 16. They went to Albuquerque for the balloon festival. The room was dirty and the beds had cigarette burns and stains on the sheets. Empty pool outside their room with trash all around. My granddaughters slept in the car. NOT SAFE FOR YOUNG LADIES. Never again and I’m very disappointed. Deborah Doss Wings930@hotmail.com
