A localização do hotel é extraordinária, piscina também de grande qualidade... o edifício e aldeamento é que precisa de uma remodelação.

Unieke ligging. Mooi gebouw. Prachtig zeezicht. Ontbijtbuffet zeer slecht geregeld. Manager bij checkin erg arrogant en grof. Onderhoud slecht. Veel van het personeel aardig en behulpzaam, maar kunnen door het gebrek aan organisatie ook weinig er aan doen.

The Hotel has a special extra amazing extras, included for holidaymakers, such as Music entertainment every night, super bar facilities, along with a food menu . Also, there are lovely loungers and sunbeds around the gardens , and around the pool area. This is a magical oasis.

Best relaxing week ever

Olhando para trás para alguns comentários,fico confusa se fomos todos para o mesmo hotel ou não , o Hotel pode ter sim a sua idade, mas encontra se em otimo estado, comida variada e em abundância deliciosa tudo o que se imagina estava lá, tanto pequeno-almoço como jantar, quarto limpo,e tanto a receção como todos os restantes eram de uma simpatia brutal, a paz do hotel a facilidade de descer umas escadas e estar numa praia ,adorável, e sem nada apontar... tudo o que posso pensar é que as pessoas que tanto falam mal disto ou tiveram muito azar, ou tem padrões que para serem atendidos deveriam estar um resort luxuoso e não aqui, a única coisa que como comodista =) gostaria de apontar é a falta de um MB dentro das instalações,existe um a 7–8 mnts a pé fora do hotel .

Grand complexe touristique qui pourrait être mieux

Très grand complexe touristique près de la plage avec une belle piscine, dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait de temps en temps à fond car derrière les portes et dans les angles des chambres cela laisse à désirer. L'entretien général est un peu oublié, dans notre chambre il fallait forcer durement pour ouvrir le robinet du vasque.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff don’t care, food dreadful, breakfast disgraceful, rooms are spartan, dirty and tatty. Air con doesn’t work. Smells of drains mostly. No redeeming features whatsoever! If you view a holiday as a punishment similar to a spell in prison, this is the place for you. Otherwise, so anything in your power to avoid this hell hole.

La seule chose unique est son emplacement . Hôtel accueillant actuellement du tourisme de masse. Le service est très désordonné ... trop de cohue au petit déjeuner et au dîner. L’accueil n’est pas chaleureux ... il faut attendre un certain temps au desk pour avoir une information sur les services proposés. Équipement sportif et salle de sport en très mauvais état . Vraiment très decue!

Very rude staff

Reception staff was rude and treat clients as if we were just numbers. Restaurant staff had no training at all and answered requests with rudeness and even threats. There is no safety as hotel does not control at all who is inside or using the facilities, anyone can go in. It is not a 4stars hotel at all. Only positive point is location right on the beach. Very expensive for what you get!
