Clean room, friendly staff, the view is absolutely insane. Go for the view alone. Lost a star because we had the room with the big tub and the hot water didn’t last long enough to fill it - defeats the purpose.

Beautiful view of where the Albion River enters the ocean. Nice well appointed cottages and a very welcoming staff. A great spot if you aren’t in to the B&B options of Mendocino proper and a mere 7 miles south.
