"Mold in our bathroom. Exposed wires in a broken outlet. Multiple people asked for towels and all were told there weren’t any available. In our room for 4 people, we were given 2 towels. When we asked for an extra pillow because they were tiny (1/2 the pillowcase, basically camp pillows) and flat, we were told there were not any extras there. The hot tubs were out of order. The breakfast was sub par. I overheard a staff member say they put the left overs in containers to use the next day (after being on the buffet the previous day… gross!!) the tv didn’t work. The light by the beds was broken All in all, a terrible experience and if we hadn’t already been paid in full, we would have changed hotels. I might even recommend the city looks into this location. Wyndham corporate should also think twice about putting their name on this place. "

"The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access door to the building. Their computer system is apparently just as outdated as the rest of the property because they can see that you booked a room with them through Expedia, but can't process the booking, so they have to manually book you in their way, & then not even be able to give you the room you initially booked. They also ask for your card or cash as a security deposit, even though that's included in your reservations through Expedia. Speaking of being outdated, there's no exterior sign stating it's the hotel you're looking for. It's still physically under the old hotel & casino name "The Vegas" that it was many years prior per the signage outside. Lastly, the pictures provided of the hotel & rooms look nothing like what they have posted, physically MUCH worse. I suggest just spending a little more money per night & stay elsewhere. These hotel rooms are also people's physical longterm addresses that are being used as apartments. Not ideal for short stay travelers. "

"There was an unstable individual that came in the lobby during check in and she upset my son. Staff handled the situation well, but if it escalated I don’t know how well the situation would have gone."

They have my card on file if needed. 7-10 days before it gets credited back. •There was a lot of street and hallway noise. •The outlet by the sink didn't work, and there are only outlets on one side of the bed. •"

"Such a good place to stay. Breakfast is good. I would have liked it at 6 am vs 7. I let something in the room and was able to go back and retrieve it. Friendly staff. I will stay again and the old is charming!!"

"Room was super outdated and the bathroom ceiling was moldy and cracking. Super loud doors slamming all the time. I feel like I overpaid. We went to the pool and the attendant also didnt do anything about the 18 year old rough housing and pulling each other's trunks down. Would not recommend"
