Clean room and bathroom and facility all around, including clean fridge in the room. Helpful staff, 24 hour check in meant no problem for a 2am arrival. coffee bar. Couldn’t really ask for more in a budget hotel. This will be my go to for myself and visiting family and friends

It was clean only problem I had was there was no toothpaste. There was no Wi-Fi connection even though they gave us the password, but it was awful. Trying to get in to get Wi-Fi. Air-conditioning was good. The room was nice and clean. The beds were a little comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay, especially after reading some of the older reviews. I initially had concerns about the condition of the hotel, but my experience was much better than I expected. My room was very clean. As soon as I walked in, I could smell cleaning products, which was reassuring. The floors were clean and appeared fairly new, and the carpeting throughout the hotel was in good condition. There were no unpleasant odors, sticky floors, or other cleanliness concerns. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean, with no noticeable stains or damage. I felt comfortable walking around my room in my socks, which says a lot about how clean it felt. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied with the price and overall condition of the property. The location was also convenient. It was close to the University at Albany, about 15 minutes from the wedding venue I was attending, and approximately 20 minutes from the train station. I’m not sure if the hotel is under new management or has made improvements, but my experience was certainly different from what some of the older reviews suggested. I would encourage others not to base their decision solely on those reviews. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, affordable, and met my needs. I would have gladly stayed longer and would definitely return.

Pluses: Room was clean and quiet. Minuses: Read the fine print: No elevator. If they put you on an upper floor, you'll have to lug your stuff up stairs. Also, "free breakfast," such as it is, consists of prepackaged stuff you can grab at the convenience store.

I’m not sure how I booked Super8 it was not my intent so I was surprised when I arrived there. I’m not familiar with the location but was a bit concerned. Being a woman by myself I wish I could of canceled but I chose to stay, they did have a Don Julio restaurant next door very good food. It is your old super 8 with older look and feel, would I book again No!
