Room was clean, the bed duvet had a cigarette burn in it, the shower only had hot water for 1 shower out of 4 people. The restaurant attached was good and the breakfast was a decent quality. Neighborhood between hotel and RPI was very sketchy. Wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. While the room was acceptable in terms of cleanliness there were a few surfaces that had dust on them. Breakfast buffet was a good bargain with plenty of options if you like a large breakfast. Water pressure for the shower was adequate, but would have liked a little bit more. It can be a little tricky getting into the parking lot if traveling east on Hoosick St, traffic is very heavy at times.
