Although the property is a bit dated the rooms are fresh and modern with a high level of cleanliness. The attached restaurant Lime 303 is a great choice for high end eating in Albany. We have been here on 2 separate occasions and we plan on staying here again.

This property is in a great location for visitors to Albany. Its in walking distance to shops and a variety of top restaurants. Staff are friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries promptly. We've stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed.

Dog Rock Motel was clean and comfortable. Appears to be recently refreshed (paint, carpet, tiling etc). Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service from the motel's restaurant was delicious. Minor problem with on demand movies restarting periodically and shower randomly going cold for a minute.

For an older Motel the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Have seen far worse in newer motels. The only negative was the key cards to enter your room. Had to fiddle with them quite a bit which was frustrating. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.
