more attention to the Russians

There were too many Russians, they have no food culture at all and are very selfish. They shout and drink themselves full in the middle of the day. I would recommend that you are a little more aware of what they are filling on the plates and about the fruit sprouts

Good in the past

Good pool The beach is close to many with stones inside and outside the water uniqueness and not delicious food poor choice. The air conditioners in the common rooms do not work we did not expect for a 5-star hotel at 40 degrees and 90 percent humidity.

Pislik

Personelin tek suçu aşırı azarlıyor müşteriyi birşey soramıyorsun. Bunun da sebebi binlerce kişilik oteldeki sayılarının yetersiz olması. Çok aşırı yoğun çalışıyorlar,yetişemiyorlar. 2200 kişilik otel. En son bu kadar sırayı askerde beklemiştim. Her yer kirli bardak tabak çatal,çünkü personel yok. 5 yıldızın kriterleri bu kadar aşağıda olmamalı. 2nci dünya savaşından kalma tv ler. Wi-fi gibi hayati bir uygulama(yabancılar için çok önemli) çalışmıyor odalarda. Yani havuz falan da aşırı kirliydi. Yemeklere birşey demiyorum,şefler elinde ne varsa pişiriyorlar. En ve tek büyük sorunu pislik. Desiğim gibi o da yetersiz personel sayısından. Umarım sayıyı arttırırlar binlerce dolar ödeyen misafirlere köpek gibi davranmazlar.

Not a hotel I would recommend

This hotel was absolutely awful! Firstly we were harassed for more money at check-in despite arguing and showing our itinerary that everything had been paid for in advance. When they finally gave up we were shown to our room through unlit corridors. The Room itself was no better, mattress was awful and the bathroom was dirty and moldy. The whole time we were there the room was only cleaned twice. The food was plentiful but we very soon realized that its the same food being brought out at every meal, day after day bar a few dishes and therefore resorted to eating out. The drinks were watered down. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. But that may be down to the fact there only seemed to ever be 5 members of staff that seemed to be working around the clock day in day out which may explain the grumpiness. The pool was freezing and the water on the waterslides would be switched off.
