"Poor and very limited breakfast. Restaurant is super expensive with limited menu and poor quality meals. Cero amenities. Very boring after 6 pm when it gets dark only thing left to do is go to sleep."

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

Breakfast included was delicious. It is located in a part of town I was uncomfortable with (as a foreigner), but the hostel was welcoming."

They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. "Berlor Inn worked well for us as our airport stay. It was close to many car rental agencies for easy pick up/drop off. The courtyard and pool was a nice little oasis after travelling. The breakfast was made fresh."

"Very close to the airport. Needed a night stay before heading out to Manuel Antonio the following day. We were picked up by staff and given breakfast all included with the stay. Highly recommend."

"I have stayed here several times, but it has changed over time. The restaurant has changed and now has a few craft beers, but the service was better before. There is some new venue close by that blasts music. I suppose that makes the hotel more convenient if you are going to that venue, but less pleasant if you are just looking to have an easy trip to/from the airport."

"We pay for all inclusive but that was not the case we have breakfast buffet and that’s it, the bar was not open and the pools need work but is a beautiful place if you like nature and hiking this is the place the access by car is really easy and is close to the town where you can find anything"
