"Nice and friendly place to stay!"

"Stayed here for the 2nd time. I was actually staying somehwere else but it wasnt for me so i decided to check out after the 1st night and booked Steigenberger for the remainder of my stay and it didnt disappoint. Good spacious room, feels luxurious, nice pool good temperature. My partner used the Spa and she loved the experience. Room cleaned everyday no issues i will stay here again without any hesitation."

"The rooms were so small that it was difficult to move around. The hotel is very old and the service is poor. The staff is hostile and not at all welcoming. The facilities in the room were only provided when asked, other wise they would ration it. It's not a hotel; it's a hostel. Very disappointing."
