"Old-fashioned and well maintained riad right in the heart of Meknes medina. The room was clean and warm (it was January), albeit the bathroom was small. Fouad was an attentive and accommodating host. Ht arranged dinner in a nearby restaurant and breakfast at the premises. The phone number on the Orbiz confirmation was wrong (what added some nervousness upon arrival in the city), but luckily the charriot man knew where the rian was located. Hope Orbiz is in receipt of the right phone number...

"Had a great stay in this lovely riad. Very comfortable and quiet. Really enjoyed the breakfast prepared on my last day by the lady that comes in to the riad - delicious! The only thing was I found it a bit difficult to find in the Medina when I came via a different gate from the instructions when parking. "We did not get to stay. We were supposed to contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions. We emailed two days ahead and got no response. We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own. I will be in touch with you to demand a refund. "

"The manager and worker were very sweet and we loved the look of the property/the rooms but we were disappointed when I couldn't get my toilet to flush (it finally did but then the water ran the entire time), the hot water to work or electricity to be reliable. Also, as nice as the staff was, they spoke no English at all which was difficult. If it wasn't for my broken Arabic, it would have been impossible to communicate with them. "
