Small But Sufficient

The rooms are small and basic, but it's safe. Access to residence towers through a key card in the parking lot. And there's reasonable privacy. It was certainly comfortable enough, it was just very tight.

Overall, we had a marvelous stay at this relatively new hotel, a stone’s throw from it bigger sister property. The staff was extremely responsive, likable and gracious. The suite is particularly impressive for the price and includes a maid’s room, while the standard room at 19 sq meters is too small, although well-priced. The only complaint we had was the frequent smell of shisha that entered the room ghrough the AC. Buffet breakfast was very good although somewhat over priced. Great stay.

It was nice stay. Good room and good service. Breakfast was good . Staff were friendly and helpful. I found the reception staff very nice and professionals. I come to this hotel frequently and Dalal at the reception is great representative for Saudi Nationals. Thanks Dalal for your good work.

Sadly the apartment was not clean..there were stains on the walls and on the furniture. the bathroom really smelled like a public restroom :( the apartment was well equipped and good sized. the bathrooms and rooms were tiny.

Overall we have enjoyed our time and swimming and receptionists were nice and kind. But only few observations: water heater was not working, one bathroom bidet was not properly working and room window was not clean from outside

The rooms were very spacious and everything was very clean it is also in excellent proximity to Dhahran mall. The staff are what makes this hotel so great they are very helpful and considering the COVID-19 virus did an exceptional job the raising awareness through there face mask practice and following all of the direction from the government. I really enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning.

Amazing Stay

Booked 7 rooms for the team on business trip. Most of the team been upgraded to higher category room/flat. Front desk staff were very friendly and willing to help all the time. Amazing facility and they allowed us for late check out un-like other guest reviews. All depends on booking condition. Cleanliness of the Room: very good despite one black spot on the bed sheet. Cleanliness of the Hotel: Perfect. Quality of Services: Very good, didn't use much of the hotel services. Hotel Amenities: Good. Hotel Location: Very Good. Price: Very Good. Downside: unfortunately there is no Non Smoking rooms, we have asked for no smoking rooms but most had smoking smell and ashtrays. Overall Ranking: 9/10 Differently will come again.
