The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. Our Guide Abdul was amazing, very reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of my wife and I needs during our honeymoon from USA / Brazil He knew everything about Egypt and great English to explain everything and took us everywhere we needed. Great and friendly man in the reception.

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The staff were incredible always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop; the view is breathtaking and truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were easily a 10/10 and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
