"This little inn turned out to be great. I wish there was an elevator, but at least someone else carried our bags to the 3rd floor. The room was large, the a/c and shower worked fine, the rooftop ( a few stairs above 3rd floor) was excellent and on par with some of the other ‘pyramids hotels’ in Giza. Breakfast was ok, you could either sit in glassed in room with a/c or out in the open. Coffee was great. I loved that they had a dinner menu for our first jetlagged night and of course a view of the pyramids. Mohammed the manager was helpful to plan your stay and ask if you needed a private driver. All in all , cerycomdoetable. I loved it!."

"Good for the money but Giza is never a place I’ll stay again. Too high pressure, not fun when everybody is trying to rip you off. Clean, breakfast was good, staff was great, no beer."

"Deceptive photos, hidden fees, and poor hygiene – do not recommend I travel often and have never encountered such a gap between online reviews and reality. This hotel feels like a surface level setup hiding serious issues. What went wrong: · Hidden fees – I already paid in advance, but was charged extra upon arrival with no prior notice. · WiFi – Almost non existent. · TV – Only local channels; no streaming services. · Noise – Zero soundproofing. I could hear everything from outside even with door and window closed. · View – Paid for a "garden view" but got a dirty alley and adjacent building. · Breakfast – Completely misrepresented. The photos online are not from their actual breakfast. · Cleaning – Bed sheets and blanket unchanged for 12 days. Floors were swept but nothing was wiped down (including the bathroom). Bathroom barely touched. · Water – No water for two days during my stay, mind you this is a dessert so it’s dusty here. · Missing amenities – No snack bar, no spa. The only positives: · The restaurant has a great view. · A couple of staff members were nice. Bottom line: Looks good online, but once you arrive and turn on the lights, the truth shows. I felt scammed and will not return. "

"My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. We had everything we needed and our Customer relations rep Rasha made sure we were taking care of. I’ll definitely visit again for a longer stay."

"This hotel is the perfect base to explore the Pyramids at Giza and Saqqara. We used their personalised entrance service to go directly to the pyramids without the usual entrance way which was nice - it’s not a glamorous entrance mind, but it’s very convenient. We also added the additional tour guide option which made exploring the site much more efficient as well as learning a few extra nuggets of local knowledge and historical insight. The hotel itself is tucked away from the rest of Cairo in its own compound so was surprisingly quiet. The grounds themselves are well maintained with lovely lawns and water features for the birds. The food was good, though if you’re vegan the lunch menu was poor. That being said, the tomato sauce and pasta was actually the best I’ve had pretty much anywhere so that’s a plus! The Indian restaurant on site however had amazing vegan options and we ordered too much because the portion sizes were pretty big! The room itself was clean and tidy and had everything we’d need - but the internet connection is terrible. Better to rely on your own 5G connection."
