Al Aqah Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Could not express my gratitude enough to all the friendly staff at the hotel. Great level of cleanliness, good size room, great beds, the only small criticism was that walls are thin and soundproofing could be better. Special thanks goes to all the housekeeping staff that msintained high standard of cleanliness, Stella at reception, Ashvek at Howdy's, Anna the chef at Howdy's (great tomahawks), Vijay at Seafood buffet, all who always served and greeted us with smiles. Great friendly service, great food and overall satisfied with our stay

Staff were very helpful & accomodating. Access to 2 beaches was helpful. Location was stunning.

I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night. Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

Very nice hotel, but also over priced

My stay at Raffles The Palm was nothing short of extraordinary. Every interaction felt sincere, every request was met with genuine attentiveness, and every space within the property reflected a commitment to excellence. It is rare to find a place where you feel both completely at ease and continually impressed, but Raffles The Palm achieves this beautifully. This is the first time I’ve walked away from a hotel feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely inspired by the experience. It was worth every moment, and I found myself already planning my next visit before I even checked out. Their service doesn’t simply exceed expectations—it redefines them:)
